Where this came from
I spent years operating a neighborhood cocktail bar in downtown Los Angeles. Every shift ended with the same scramble: tips, POS reports, vendor invoices, schedules, and cash logs—each living in its own silo.
To keep things running, I built my own tools using spreadsheets, scripts, and custom dashboards. When other operators started asking for access, it became clear this wasn't just my problem—it was an industry-wide one.
