Where this came from

I spent years running a operating bars and restaurants downtown Los Angeles. Every week I spent hours working on tips in one spreadsheet, POS reports in another, vendor invoices buried in an inbox, cash counted on paper. Chaos disguised as hustle.

So I built my own tools — spreadsheets, scripts, dashboards - just to keep the operation running. When other operators started asking for access, it was obvious this wasn't only my problem. It was the whole industry's.
